Training
Our professionals must maintain an average of 40 hours of CPE per year by attending or attending continuing education courses, including courses offered by AICPA, universities and in-house training. In addition, auditors responsible for planning, directing, implementing, or reporting government-related audits must maintain a minimum of 24 hours of CPE every two years.
All members of our assurance team meet or exceed the continuing education and professional development requirements of the professional and government auditing standards.
Internal Control
Our company has developed a quality assurance program based on the quality control standards issued by the AICPA Quality Control Standards Committee. We continually ensure that our work complies with the applicable AICPA and PCAOB auditing standards and follows all relevant guidelines during our field work. We conduct regular internal inspections of the work performed. We carefully screen future staff, constantly check for independence, and require close monitoring of all activities.
Independence
To ensure that our audit products meet the highest professional quality standards, each audit report and selected work report is reviewed by an independent quality control examiner or partner who is not directly involved in participation or participation.
